3. Packages and Pricing

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Consultation Services: Once a consultation is completed, refunds are not available.
- Design Packages: Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds after this period may be granted at our discretion, depending on the work completed.
- Custom Designs: Custom design packages are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All design materials, including drawings, 3D models, and mood boards, remain the intellectual property of StyleX Space.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the designs for personal purposes only.
7. Revisions
Revisions are included based on the terms outlined in your package. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon terms may incur additional charges.
8. Third-Party Products
Our designs may recommend third-party products. StyleX Space is not responsible for the quality, availability, or warranties of these products. Clients are responsible for purchasing and coordinating the delivery and installation of third-party products.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. StyleX Space makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of its designs and is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements, third-party products, or construction/installation defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleX Space shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
